Cabana: 1 bedroom with bathroom. On stilts over water. A/C Units with ceiling fans and good sea breeze ventilation. Sleeps 2 per unit.
Bungalow: 1 air-conditioned bedroom with bathroom. Screened patio with ocean view. 2 units per building. Sleeps 2 per unit.
Standard: 2-story buildings with 4 to 6 air-conditioned units each. 1 bedroom with bathroom and small closet. Patio (ground-level) or deck (second floor). Sleeps 2 per unit.
Beach House: 2 or 3 bedroom house. Secluded. Most with ocean view, limited AC depending on which house you are in. Sleeps 4 to 6.
Unlimited shore diving means just that. Tanks are available 24 hours a day. Equipment storage area provided by the docks. Two wrecks, the "Prince Albert" and a DC3 are in the front channel at 50' to 65'. Newman's Wall is just to the right, outside the channel cut. To the left of the cut is CoCo View Wall. Both walls have vertical sections and overhangs, and drop down below 130'.
Boat Dives: Boat assignments are posted in the restaurant at breakfast and by the dock at lunch. Morning boat trip leaves just after breakfast, afternoon boat trip leaves just after lunch. Air horn announces imminent departures. After each boat dive, you may set up another tank (already aboard) and do a drop-off dive on the walls in front of the resort. It's easy to do 4 or more dives a day at CoCo View without feeling rushed!
